Website Accessibility
Website Accessibility is Important
Website accessibility is important to us and we aim for the highest level of conformance to the following guidelines:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. These standards are followed by U.S. government websites.
In addition, we assess our home page and other pages for accessibility with special attention to site-wide features such as navigation, headers, and footers.
- The site is accessible by machine readers; a selection of pages were tested by sighted personnel with the NVDA screen reader.
- Visitors to our website have tools for changing color contrast, font sizes, underlining links, and highlighting page focus.
Feedback is not only welcome but encouraged. Please contact us with suggestions for improvement or to alert us to a particular problem area. Contact or contact the church office.
